Cancellations:
- Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel the Grinch's participation in your photo session, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for refund.
- Cancellation by Us: If, for any reason, we must cancel the Grinch's participation, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule the participation for another date at no additional cost.
